That's So Money

Rick Ross  - “Stay Schemin” ft. Common, French Montana & Drake (Unofficial Remix/Drake Diss)

Up until now, the verbal beef between Drake and Common was largely of the passive nature, but after a subliminally noticeable act of aggression towards common in Rick Ross’ “Stay Schemin”, things have begun to heat up. Once an MC himself, Common is no stranger to the art of ‘dissing’ another artist, yet after artists such as The Weeknd & Birdman jumped to defend Drake in the dispute, Common has stood tall and alone with the release of his “Stay Schemin” remix/diss. Leaving nothing up to speculation, Common openly calls out the Canadian rapper with the phrase “make no mistake, I’m talking to Drake”. As the beef continues to live on, Common also added in Beyonce’s “Say My Name” throughout the end of the track urging Drake to not hide behind subliminal verses but simply call Common out without the lingering questions in between.

Regardless of how dumb or necessary this dispute between the two colossal artists might be, I’m gotta be honest and say that Common has made the track sound infinitely better with great flow in a remix that can’t be missed whether you side with Drake or stand with Common. Be sure to check out Common’s unofficial remix of Rick Ross’ “Stay Schemin” above, because it is definitely worth the listen.

I am in one sentence, a blogger. I find peace in the experiences of life and inspiration in everything that is heard, seen and unseen. Consider this a collection of what I find to be great. That may include music, games, movies or just the occasional rant. So the question is, what makes money?
